1. How to contact support
Email us at support@criaprompt.ai with your order number and a short description of the issue. We’ll reply as quickly as we can.
2. Exchanges & technical fixes
If a technical problem is identified (for example: broken link, access failure, or corrupted file), we’ll correct it or resend the material at no extra cost.
3. Returns (exceptional cases)
Because access is digital and made available instantly, we do not offer direct refunds. In exceptional cases, requests are handled under Hotmart’s Guarantee Policy. Our goal is to resolve quickly and transparently.
