CriaPrompt provides educational resources to help you communicate with AI using the 7 Rules Method — including an e‑book, a practical checklist, and a Prompt Coach experience to be used inside ChatGPT. Results may vary depending on your use and context.

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the materials for your own projects (personal or professional). Redistribution, resale, public posting, or sharing access to paid materials is not permitted without prior written permission.
Usage examples
- Allowed: use the e‑book and the Coach to improve your work, create prompts, and build your own outputs.
- Not allowed: redistribute the e‑book, share access to the Coach, or sell derivative content as if it were yours.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use CriaPrompt to violate laws, infringe rights, or disseminate harmful or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, copy‑protective measures, or scrape our paid materials.
- When using AI tools, you are responsible for verifying outputs and ensuring compliance with your local laws and policies.
4. Payments & pricing
Payments are processed by Hotmart under the platform’s terms and policies. Taxes, instalments, or currency conversions may apply as determined by Hotmart in the UK.

6. Access & availability
We aim for high availability, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Third‑party outages (e.g., ChatGPT, Hotmart, hosting) may affect availability. Planned maintenance will be minimised and, when possible, scheduled during off‑peak times.
7. Updates & changes
We may update the product, these Terms, or our policies to improve clarity, security, or compliance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CriaPrompt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. You are responsible for how you apply the guidance and for validating AI‑generated outputs.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
